Use this exercise with someone special in your life -- be it a significant other, a family member, a good friend or a child. This exercise will raise both of your vibrations. My husband and I have started doing this with each other and it is magical.
Select a person to do this exercise with. Take a few moments to tell them what you love about them unconditionally.

For example, I love your deep brown eyes, I love the way you laugh, I love the way you hug, I love your commitment to doing the right thing, etc. etc. Name at least 5 - 10 things you love about the person.
Don't try to figure it out ahead of time. Come from your heart. As you start naming things, more will flow.
Then ask your friend or partner to tell you what they love about you.
Notice how good it feels for both of you.
I just saw a picture of a baby and it struck me what a great exercise this would be to do with an infant. They can feel your love. They cannot speak the words back but it will be so healing for them. If there is an infant in your life, do this with them daily.
If you don't know who to do this exercise with, start with yourself. Look in the mirror and tell yourself what you love about you.
